
Born in Louisville, Ky, Robert Eberenz attended Ballard High School. His intrests include writing, market research, climbing, backpacking and soccer. At Ballard Robert first tasted his interest for economics and finance during an entry level Econ course. Participating in the national Fed Challenge competetion and going on to compete at the regional level in St. Louis, he received his first crash course in "macro" theory and the application of economic indicators through top down analysis.
Robert graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Management and a Minor in Economics. He was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity, Wall Street Investment Club and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.
Upon graduating from Clemson, Robert began his professional career working in the custom home contracting business as a manager/superintendent. Making a career change and founding www.DiamondSlice.com in March of 2009, he began a daily regiment of research and analysis dedicated to the broad scope of global financial markets.
In August of 2009 Robert departed for South Korea, where he is currently studying the Korean language, culture, and Asian financial markets, aiming to differentiate his viewpoint towards a more global perspective of business and finance through the experience.
